I lost my password and want to download full version again

1. Visit registered user web page at www.ydecode.com/user

2. Enter the e-mail you used to register into Lost or forgotten username/password field and click on Send button

3. Your username and password are sent to you immediately. Check your e-mail.

Notes:

• You can change your password in Options on registered user web page to something you can remember easily.
• Keep your e-mail up to date if you change it by modifying it in Options on registered user web page. Also enter secondary e-mail if anything goes wrong with the first one.
• Keep your password at safe place where you cannot lose it.
